Our Expectations from You:

  • Understanding of retention metrics such as CRR and LTV.
  • Experience with messaging services like email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Experience in advertising through messengers.
  • Ability to analyze and handle large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, and other CRM systems).
  • English proficiency: B1 level.
  • Ability to create effective communication strategies for user retention.
  • Knowledge of segmentation and targeting principles.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the retention strategy.
  • Setting up campaigns and launching ads in WhatsApp, Gmail, and other messengers, aligned with current geos.
  • Collaborating with content managers, designers, and developers.
  • Collecting statistics and preparing reports.
  • Managing and organizing the database of collected contacts.
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing automated email campaigns to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Monitoring the performance metrics of email marketing and web push channels, generating hypotheses to improve these metrics.
  • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to optimize key metrics.
  • Keeping track of industry trends and monitoring competitors to identify opportunities for improving user retention.
