Vendors & Partners Relations Specialist

We are expanding our technological partnerships and are seeking a Vendors & Partners Relations Specialist to help us strengthen vendor programs, manage RFP applications, and drive strategic partnerships.  

What you’ll be doing:   

• Research and identify opportunities to include Honeycomb Software in enterprise-level vendor programs.  

• Manage the entire lifecycle of searching, applying, and handling RFPs.  

• Develop and execute referral programs by identifying and collaborating with potential partners.  

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading technology companies like Microsoft, AWS, Google, and DataDog.  

• Oversee and ensure readiness for ISO and SOC certification processes.  

• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.  

• Maintaining solid relationships with external partners and stakeholders ensures long-term collaboration and success.  

What you’ll need:  

• Proven experience working with vendors, including managing vendor relations and RFP processes.  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.  

• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and within a team.  

• Familiarity with the software outsourcing market and experience working with technology partners is a significant advantage.
