To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide excellent support to our team members, we’re looking to welcome an energetic and proactive HR People Partner to our amazing team.


What you’ll need:


  • 2+ years of experience in the IT industry in roles such as People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, or Business Partner;
  • Experience in iGaming or related industries;
  • A level of English that allows you to confidently handle written and verbal communication with English-speaking employees and create new policies;
  • Deep understanding of People Management, from onboarding to exit interviews;
  • Skills in adjusting HR strategies;
  • Full ownership of the company’s documentation processes;
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets;
  • Broad knowledge of various HR systems and approaches to building HR processes, such as 1:1s, performance reviews, balanced scorecards, etc.;
  • Experience with different HR CRMs;
  • Ability to collect and analyze metrics that directly demonstrate productivity and influence overall results;
  • Experience implementing L&D (Learning and Development) systems.

  • Onboarding new employees;
  • Supporting and fostering employee development within the company;
  • Providing support in challenging situations and celebrating joyful events with the team;
  • Implementing HR systems, such as 1:1s, performance reviews, and developing KPI systems for various departments;
  • Organizing educational projects, corporate events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
