- 2+ years of experience in the IT industry in roles such as People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, or Business Partner;
- Experience in iGaming or related industries;
- A level of English that allows you to confidently handle written and verbal communication with English-speaking employees and create new policies;
- Deep understanding of People Management, from onboarding to exit interviews;
- Skills in adjusting HR strategies;
- Full ownership of the company’s documentation processes;
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets;
- Broad knowledge of various HR systems and approaches to building HR processes, such as 1:1s, performance reviews, balanced scorecards, etc.;
- Experience with different HR CRMs;
- Ability to collect and analyze metrics that directly demonstrate productivity and influence overall results;
- Experience implementing L&D (Learning and Development) systems.
- Onboarding new employees;
- Supporting and fostering employee development within the company;
- Providing support in challenging situations and celebrating joyful events with the team;
- Implementing HR systems, such as 1:1s, performance reviews, and developing KPI systems for various departments;
- Organizing educational projects, corporate events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
