Retention Product Manager

Our recruitment agency is looking for a Retention Product Manager for HomeQuote—an innovative U.S.-based contractor-matching platform that helps homeowners streamline their home renovation projects. The company connects clients with contractors, ensuring efficient and seamless collaboration.

To support their growth, we are seeking a skilled Retention Product Manager who will be responsible for improving user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a user retention strategy to improve key metrics (retention rate, LTV, churn rate).
• Analyze user behavior, conduct cohort analysis, and identify weak points in the customer journey.
• Design and implement product features that encourage user return.
• Initiate, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Manage CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS) to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to implement retention improvements.
• Create user segments and personalize experiences for different audiences.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor products, and apply best retention practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, CRM Manager, or in a related role focused on user retention.
• Strong data skills: proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of retention metrics: LTV, churn rate, DAU/WAU/MAU, ARPU, CAC, etc.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and cohort analysis.
