The Product Marketing Manager
 at Evoplay will be in charge of helping to develop products from scratch and grow it by understanding the market, creating clear messaging, and improving user engagement and customer loyalty. This role involves getting to know both our B2C (players) and B2B audiences (operators), conducting research, gathering insights, and leading Go-to-Market strategies.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to bring the right value to our users and partners, based on data insights and customer interviews.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the iGaming, gaming, or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of both B2C, and B2B marketing, as well as key stakeholders in each model.
  • Understanding key product metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn Rate and more).
  • Proven experience with market research, positioning, GTM and user retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Influencer Marketing, SMM, Email Marketing and more).
  • Experience with Data, Product and Marketing analytics tools (Power BI, GA, Plausible, Ahrefs, HotJar, Semrush and more).
  • Experience with Jira, and ability to create a ticket for tech specialists with clear requirements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • English Upper Intermediate +.

Your position will include

  • Conduct market research, deep interviews, competitor analysis, and gather insights on the needs of B2C players and B2B partners;
  • Identify new opportunities for product and feature development based on market needs and emerging trends;
  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging for both B2C and B2B audiences, focusing on the unique features and values of our products;
  • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels;
  • Lead the creation and execution of GTM strategies for new product and feature launches, and platform updates;
  • Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention and user loyalty (B2C);
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Key Account Manager and Sales Teams to ensure alignment and smooth launch execution;
  • Create and implement retention strategies and step-by-step plans to increase player engagement in B2C products;
  • Identify core user segments. Focus on reducing churn by analyzing user drop-off points and improving the overall user experience;
  • Set up analytical tools or systems and track KPIs for user acquisition, engagement, retention (B2C), and partner performance (B2B);
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and GTM strategies, optimizing efforts based on data;
  • -Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements for continuous growth;
