Requirements

5+ years of experience in Borland/Embarcadero Delphi 2010-XE10 (VCL, WinAPI, Multithreading, Windows and Web services)
Strong OOP skills and understanding of the best development practices
Hands-on experience with client-server applications
Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle) is a plus
Familiarity with DevExpress, RemObjects, or similar frameworks is welcome
Ability to analyse tasks, conduct research, and develop implementation concepts
Solid grasp of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP standards)
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Technical-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a talented team in Ukraine and the US to develop innovative solutions
Design and build new applications while enhancing and maintaining existing products
Develop client-server applications and optimize performance
Assist in architecting new products and components
Work closely with Web UI developers to create seamless user experiences
Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new technologies
