Head of AI

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead our AI strategy and execution. If you have a strong background in Machine Learning & AI, and a passion for transforming data into cutting-edge solutions, we want to hear from you.

⚙️ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML roles

- Proven experience in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-transaction environments.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.).

- Experience with AI-powered user segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and recommendation systems.

- Expertise in data engineering, big data processing and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with real-time data processing and predictive modeling in high-traffic environments.

- Ability to work closely with C-level executives to align AI initiatives with business goals.

- Leadership experience in building and managing AI teams.

- Language: Ukrainian, English

⚙️ Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the AI strategy across multiple platform verticals: Backoffice, CMS, CRM, and Risk Management.

- Lead AI-driven projects to tackle challenges such as churn prediction, early fraud detection, player behavior analysis, and game recommendations using collaborative filtering.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI models into platform features.

- Develop scalable AI/ML models, ensuring real-time performance and accuracy.

- Leverage predictive analytics to optimize marketing, retention strategies, and risk management.

- Build and manage an AI team, hiring top talent in machine learning, data science, and AI engineering.
