Our team is a diverse, innovative group of passionate engineers, designers, and thinkers from around the globe, all working together to drive sustainable food production. 

As a Senior AI/Vision Engineer, you will

• Develop and maintain the AI models that power our robots, enabling them to autonomously perform advanced weeding operations.
• Implement cutting-edge algorithms to analyze crop health and detect diseases.
• Take ownership of our vision systems, working with state-of-the-art cameras and processing units.
• Collaborate with an agile team of world-class engineers and scientists to deploy technologies across a fleet of autonomous robots that have a major impact on sustainable agriculture.

Who You Are

• Expertise in AI: You have extensive experience in developing AI algorithms for vision systems (Computer Vision, Nvidia Cuda, Jetson Family, YOLO Models, Real Sense Cameras)
• Programming Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C/C++ and Python.
• Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a solid engineering background (preferably a Master’s in software, robotics, or related fields).
• Ownership: You are self-driven, quality-focused, and eager to take responsibility for both hardware and software subsystems.
• Agile: Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

Bonus Points

• Experience in designing and implementing computer vision algorithms.
• Proficiency in Ubuntu/Linux environments.
• Experience with ROS or ROS2.
