Softsich is looking for a colleague who will help ensure correct accounting and tax records for sole proprietors (FOP) in Poland, optimize financial processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

What will you do? 🚀

1. Manage the accounting for FOPs in Poland in compliance with local laws.
2. Prepare and submit tax and financial reports (PIT, VAT, ZUS).
3. Control settlements with tax authorities, banks, and counterparties.
4. Provide consultation on taxation, insurance contributions, and accounting matters.
5. Work with the electronic reporting system (e-Deklaracje, PUE ZUS, KSeF).
6. Ensure the accuracy of payments and documents required for financial activities.
7. Collaborate with banks, legal services, and tax consultants.
8. Handle the opening and closing of FOPs in Poland.

What do we expect from you? 📌

1. At least 2 years of experience as an accountant in Poland.
2. In-depth knowledge of Polish tax legislation.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Comarch Optima, enova365, or similar).
4. Experience working with Polish tax authorities (US, ZUS).
5. Proficiency in Polish (both written and spoken) at a B2+ level.
6. Preferably, experience managing FOPs in e-commerce, IT, or financial services sectors.
