Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales as a Sales Manager (experience in the fintech industry is a plus).
  • Proven track record in building and developing a partner network from scratch (processes, policies, procedures, etc.), with measurable results.
  • Excellent negotiation skills at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to create personalized commercial proposals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, understanding of sales funnel stages and conversion metrics.
  • IT literacy: proficiency with tools and software necessary for daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch a partner program from scratch.
  • Search for and engage new partners (both inbound leads and outbound outreach via LinkedIn).
  • Develop existing partner relationships and manage financial settlements.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance results and sales forecasts.
  • Create presentations and commercial offers for partners, handle contract signing.
  • Support partners throughout deal closing and assist their clients during initial cooperation stages.
  • Maintain partner records in internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Attend conferences and industry events across Europe to identify and engage potential partners.

Compensation:

Base salary: $1500 + bonuses (total up to $2500)
