- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales as a Sales Manager (experience in the fintech industry is a plus).
- Proven track record in building and developing a partner network from scratch (processes, policies, procedures, etc.), with measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation skills at various organizational levels.
- Ability to create personalized commercial proposals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, understanding of sales funnel stages and conversion metrics.
- IT literacy: proficiency with tools and software necessary for daily operations.
- Develop and launch a partner program from scratch.
- Search for and engage new partners (both inbound leads and outbound outreach via LinkedIn).
- Develop existing partner relationships and manage financial settlements.
- Prepare regular reports on performance results and sales forecasts.
- Create presentations and commercial offers for partners, handle contract signing.
- Support partners throughout deal closing and assist their clients during initial cooperation stages.
- Maintain partner records in internal databases and CRM systems.
- Attend conferences and industry events across Europe to identify and engage potential partners.
Base salary: $1500 + bonuses (total up to $2500)
