Key Responsibilities:
Independently design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud, seamlessly integrated with Service Cloud
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on email and SMS outreach, to drive customer engagement and retention
Configure and optimize automated customer journeys through Journey Builder, ensuring efficient and impactful communication
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, aligning business goals with technical solutions
