Sim-Networks Ukraine (subsidiary of Germany Netversor GmbH) is looking for a Business Development Manager. We are looking for specialist who will join our international team and will promote the IT services of SIM-Networks — Netversor companies.
We offer a 1000 euro bet + a high % of the sale (your salary after making at least one sale can be 2000-5000 euros and more)
Your tasks:
- Search for partners for indirect sales of the company IT services (system integrators, software and IT equipment suppliers, IT system administration services providers and other potential intermediaries for service promotion);
- Search for corporate B2B clients in different fields and countries;
- Direct and indirect sales of the company IT services, development of a base of partners and corporate clients, working with CRM;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners and B2B clients, preparing and conducting presentations;
- Negotiating the terms of cooperation, preparation and conclusion of contracts;
- Development of long-term relationships with partners and B2B customers;
- Management of partners and clients on all issues related to the company's services;
- Implementation of B2B sales strategy, fulfillment of financial indicators and hit sales targets.
Requirements and skills:
- Understanding of direct and indirect sales techniques;
- Ability to analyze market and find potential partners and clients;
- Experience in cold B2B sales;
- Effective negotiation skills, presentation and contracting;
- Experience of self-closure of complex IT deals;
- At least upper-intermediate English speaking level;
- IT experience (hosting, collocation, cloud services etc).
