UI/UX Designer

 (project-based, part-time)

As a UI/UX Designer at IT Monks, you’ll collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients to design engaging interfaces for complex WordPress websites. You’ll be involved in the full product design cycle—from concept to final hand-off.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven experience in designing digital products or websites from concept to launch.
• Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and user testing to validate design decisions.
• Excellent interface and interaction design skills.
• Experience using analytics tools to support design decisions.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
• A portfolio that shows your creativity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create UI/UX designs from scratch, based on project goals and user needs.
• Analyze client requests and conduct research to support your design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Plan and optimize user journeys to ensure intuitive and seamless user flows.
• Communicate directly with clients in English— gather requirements, present design ideas, and explain your design choices clearly.
