Position Objective: We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who will be responsible for improving key performance indicators (Conversion Rate, LTV, ARPU) and help take the product to a new level of growth through optimization of conversion funnels and implementation of effective monetization strategies.
Your workflow:
- Analyzing user behavior and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
- Generating, prioritizing, and validating product hypotheses aimed at improving conversion and monetization
- Planning, launching, and analyzing A/B tests on web funnels and in the mobile app
- Testing different pricing models, paywalls, onboardings, and other monetization mechanisms
- Monitoring key product metrics and tracking the impact of changes on business indicators
- Close collaboration with a cross-functional team (marketing, design, development, analytics) for rapid implementation of hypotheses
Expected results from you:
- Stable conversion growth
- Increased user LTV through optimization of onboarding and retention
- Reduced CAC and increased ROAS through improved conversion funnels
- Regular A/B testing each month with measurable impact on key metrics
- Implementation and optimization of new monetization strategies that increase ARPU
- Formation of a data-driven decision-making culture in the team
Must-have experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Experience with mobile products with subscription monetization model (iOS, Web)
- Understanding of Health & Fitness and Wellness niche specifics
- Practical experience in improving Conversion Rate, ARPU, and LTV metrics
- Skills in planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests
- Experience with analytical tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau)
- Understanding of unit economics and key metrics of mobile business
- Ability to identify user "pain points" and implement solutions to address them
- English at Upper-Intermediate+ level
