We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join a dynamic Production Networking team responsible for connecting users to critical services. You’ll work with advanced networking technologies to ensure reliable, scalable connectivity across large-scale storage, databases, edge infrastructure, and user-facing systems. Responsibilities:
- Evolve the production network to support new and existing use cases that maximize product velocity
- Lead and execute infrastructure rollout efforts across global POPs, data centers, and the backbone network
- Manage vendor support cases (e.g., JTAC, Cisco TAC), ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
- Operate a dedicated lab and test environment to validate hardware platforms, configurations, and automation tooling
- Develop and maintain practices to ensure network changes are testable and reproducible before production deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support network scalability, compliance, and operational consistency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a production network environment, with a strong focus on operational execution or security
- Hands-on experience with network hardware and software platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, and Arista
- Solid understanding of core networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF/ISIS, and IPv4/IPv6
- Proven experience in executing network change operations and rollout procedures
- Ability to manage vendor escalations and coordinate effective support resolutions
- Familiarity with large-scale network operations, including troubleshooting processes and lab/test validation workflows
Overlap time requirements:
Working hours in Poland 10-18 with 12-20 two days a week
