✔ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the financial sector (banking, fintech, payment solutions, crypto).
✔ Strong knowledge of payment solutions (SEPA, SWIFT, FX), acquiring, and crypto exchanges.
✔ Experience working with SMEs, HNWIs, startups, and retail businesses.
✔ Proven track record in building agent networks and partner programs.
✔ Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills.
✔ Experience with Compliance and Risk Management is a plus.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
✔ Client acquisition for key company products:
- Payment accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, FX),
- Crypto exchanges (regular and large deals),
- Acquiring,
- Corporate Mastercard solutions.
✔ Developing and managing an agent network to attract clients.
✔ Collaborating with Accounts, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
✔ Participating in sales strategy development, market research, and competitive analysis.
✔ Conducting negotiations and closing deals with key clients.
✔ Building and leading a high-performance sales team.
