We are looking for our super cozy and friendly team a talented Recruiter 🐝 who strives to grow up together!

Location: Warsaw, Poland (where the pierogi are delicious, and the Wi-Fi is strong)

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):

— Talent Magnet: You’ll track down the best IT and Non-IT candidates across Europe (yep, including Poland). You’re basically the Sherlock Holmes of recruitment—no great candidate can hide from you.

— Interviewer Extraordinaire: You’ll chat with people, assess their skills, and figure out if they’re more of a Gryffindor or a Slytherin when it comes to team culture.

— Job Ad Wordsmith: You’ll craft job ads so irresistible, that candidates will be applying in their sleep.

— Relationship Builder: Keep candidates feeling like VIPs through the whole process (no ghosting allowed!). Build long-term connections because you never know when you’ll need that perfect Java developer again.

— Mind Reader: Work with hiring managers to get a crystal-clear idea of what they’re looking for (even if they only give you three vague bullet points).

— LinkedIn Wizardry: You know how to turn a LinkedIn profile into a goldmine of potential candidates. Plus, you’re savvy with all the best job boards and sourcing tricks.

What You Need (No Magic Wand Required):

— 1+ Years of Experience: You’ve been in the recruitment game long enough to know that finding the right person is a bit like dating—lots of swipes, but you’re here for the right match.

— IT and Non-IT Savvy: You can recruit a software engineer one minute and a sales superstar the next.

— European Market Know-How: You know the recruitment scene in Poland and other European countries like the back of your hand.

— English Proficiency (B2+): You can switch between casual banter and professional speech. Bonus points if you speak Polish (it’s not required, but it’ll make you a hit at our office parties).

— Communication Skills: You could probably talk a developer into joining a new startup while getting your coffee order right.

— Multitasking Mastery: You’re great at juggling (not literally, but with roles and projects).

— Tech Tools Pro: LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools don’t scare you—they’re your playground.
