Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience in server-side test automation using Python – must-have.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, creative mindset for tackling unfamiliar technical challenges.
• Previous experience working in distributed teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• Background in Computer Science or related field (B.Sc. or equivalent) – advantage.

Scope of work:

• Contribute to building a stable, scalable product by designing and implementing reliable test automation solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using modern test frameworks to ensure functionality and performance.
• Investigate test failures and production issues, collaborating closely with developers to identify root causes and deliver fixes.
• Work across a diverse tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Node.js, Java, and C#, depending on the task.
