We are seeking a talented Backend Software Development Engineer to join a team dedicated to building high-quality, scalable solutions. In this role, you will have the chance to work with modern technologies, enhance testing frameworks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality. Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation workflows to eliminate manual tasks in network operations
Develop tooling and scripts to improve telemetry visibility and monitoring coverage
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop low-level designs, and ship robust, testable features
Perform root cause analysis and debugging of network automation tooling
Support feature enhancements and maintenance of automation systems used in production workflows
Integrate with network data sources and telemetry APIs to support observability pipelines

Requirements:

Python for backend or infrastructure systems
Proven experience designing & operating automation systems for network or infrastructure environments
Familiarity with data-analytics platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Splunk, ELK)
Hands-on work with time-series or telemetry data
Nice to Have:
Golang development experience
Solid grasp of scalable software design patterns
Understanding of security fundamentals for distributed systems
Exposure to capacity modeling, forecasting, or planning in cloud environments

Overlap time requirements:

10 AM–6 PM CET (12 PM–8 PM CET twice a week)
