Middle AI Python Developer

We’re looking for a Middle AI Python Developer with a strong foundation in AI and Python. Ideal candidates are passionate about machine learning, eager to learn, and ready to take on real-world AI challenges.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in Python development using the Django Framework;
— Experience working with conversational AI;
— Experience in prompt tuning;
— Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, LLMs, and tools like n8n;
— Familiar with Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and basic networking;
— “Hacker mindset” — curious, proactive, and eager to automate processes;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

— Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration and functionality across multiple messaging platforms;
— Design and fine-tune multi-agent systems (RAG architecture and beyond);
— Demonstrate strong expertise in multi-agent environments;
— Develop, test, and optimize conversational prompts tailored to specific client needs;
— Continuously evaluate and improve prompt quality to enhance user interaction;
— Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
