Swivl M2, its companion device, is an intelligent co-teacher that provides real-time tips to make teaching more effective and enjoyable. Together, they transform what's possible in the classroom.

Requirements description:

  • Educational background or completed courses in IT (e.g., project management, development, QA) are required.
  • Solid understanding of product development workflows, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and release processes
  • Some hands-on experience in an IT-related role (e.g., QA, development, or tech support) – even on a small scale – is a strong advantage-
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and follow through
  • Proactive communicator with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to grow within a team of experienced project managers – you'll have support, mentorship, and space to develop your skills
  • English and Ukrainian proficiency at B2 level or higher 

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Feel comfortable with technology and are curious to explore how it works

Responsibilities:

  1. Be part of a project management team that collaborates closely with co-founders, US-based product managers, and engineering teams across Europe
  2. Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of our product – a hardware and software solution (web and mobile)
  3. Plan and track team progress, ensuring priorities are clear and timelines are aligned
  4. Facilitate team meetings, prepare concise updates, and document key decisions
  5. Communicate changes, risks, and blockers clearly and promptly across distributed teams
  6. Help the team stay focused and flexible amid shifting priorities and an evolving roadmap
