User Acquisition Manager

WildCard is scaling casual, ad-monetized, retentive mobile games with performance-focused, creative-driven UA. We have a unique approach and structure that makes us hyper-effective.

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support and scale our performance marketing efforts across multiple UA channels. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, while working closely with the Growth Lead on strategy, creative direction, and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage live campaigns, run tests across new channels with a focus on in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, etc.) and incentivized channels;
• Review campaign KPIs daily and weekly, propose and implement optimizations (budget, bids, sources);
• Launch tests on new UA channels or networks;
• Collaborate with account reps and ad partners on performance and optimizations;
• Support the Growth Lead with monthly and quarterly reporting;
• Manage MMP integrations (e.g. Appsflyer);
• Work closely with the creative team to share insights and request new assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally with ad-monetized games;
• Experience across various UA channels with strong technical understanding of how they operate;
• Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer) and attribution logic;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach;
• Ability to manage multiple channels and shifting priorities effectively;
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup-like environment is a plus.
