Business Analyst

Brightech is an international product IT company that is part of a US logistics holding.One of our key projects is Dispatchland – a mobile application for drivers, designed to control and track cargo transportation, helping them efficiently manage delivery processes and supporting them at every stage of transportation.

We are looking for a Business Analyst – a specialist with strong analytical and communication skills who will help us gather, structure, and translate business requirements into clear solutions for the development team.

Dispatchland has been in operation for over 5 years, constantly updated and scaled. That’s why we are looking for a Business Analyst who will join our team to improve business processes, ensure high-quality requirements management, and support the successful development of new product features. This project offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise by working on a large-scale, high-load product in the logistics domain.

Requirements:

• Excellent skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to model business processes and develop specifications (BPMN, UML, or other methods);
• Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Confluence;
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, including Excel and BI systems (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio);
• Knowledge of system integration principles and working with APIs;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a team and independently, showing initiative and responsibility;
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing requirements, interacting with stakeholders (customers, users, project managers);
• Documenting and modeling processes;
• Analyzing and solving problems;
• Participating in the development and implementation of solutions;
• Managing project documentation;
• Data analysis and reporting;
• Continuously improving business analysis processes and adapting new practices and tools to improve work quality.
