Chief Technology Officer

EOS SAR is looking for Chief Technology Officer in Warsaw.

EOS SAR creates small satellites with synthetic aperture radar, that emits and receives electromagnetic waves that can pass through clouds, vegetation and the upper layers of the earth’s soil.  

 Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the entire deployable reflector antenna development.
• Define technology roadmap and ensure alignment with mission requirements.
• Guide decisions on architecture, materials, and critical design trade-offs.
• Ensure compliance with space qualification standards (ECSS, NASA, ISO).
• Support technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR, QR).
• Mentor engineering team and foster technical excellence.
• Represent the company in front of customers, partners, and technical boards.

Requirements:

• Master’s/PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in space/satellite systems development is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of composites, deployment mechanisms.
• Strong system-level engineering background.
• Familiar with TRL assessment and space qualification process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; international project experience preferred.
