- Take care of the office: make sure everything is well-stocked and running efficiently.
- Prepare meetings: ensure all details are in place for productive C-level sessions.
- Support the company shareholder as a personal assistant — handle organizational matters, schedule meetings, coordinate daily tasks, and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Organize events — from small gatherings to memorable corporate celebrations.
- Coordinate repairs and manage office maintenance tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers, including international partners.
- Assist the team with administrative matters (documents, bookings, logistics, etc.).
- Polish and English — B2+.
- A love for order, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and stay in control.
- Strong organizational skills — both for yourself and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A positive attitude, responsibility, and readiness to take on challenges.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Excel.
