MyHomeQuote is a US-based performance marketing company specializing in advertising and lead generation within the home improvement industry. Leveraging CPL, CPA, and CPS models, the company helps brands boost visibility and acquire new customers efficiently.
With a mission to simplify the renovation process, MyHomeQuote connects homeowners with trusted, local contractors — creating a seamless experience from first click to project completion.
As the company scales rapidly, they are seeking a Product Growth Manager who will take ownership of growth initiatives and contribute directly to revenue acceleration.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by optimizing monetization strategies, upselling opportunities, and customer retention efforts.
- Build and improve user funnels — from acquisition to application — identifying bottlenecks and implementing conversion solutions.
- Perform market and competitive analysis within the US home improvement space to uncover new growth segments and opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes, including workflows, reporting systems, onboarding, and internal documentation.
- Create dashboards and internal tools to track and visualize campaign performance and operational KPIs, supporting a weekly optimization cycle.
- Manage and mentor small cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate business goals into technical requirements and deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Growth, Business Development, or Strategic Operations across US or international markets.
- Strong background in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Solid grasp of user acquisition strategies: paid media, SEO, social, partnerships, referral programs, and email marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CR, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and churn.
- Proven ability to build operational infrastructure — workflows, onboarding systems, and knowledge-sharing processes.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in setting KPIs, mentoring, and driving team growth.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (required for communication with US-based partners and clients).
- Experience in home improvement, home services, or lead generation verticals.
- Familiarity with CPA/CPL models and ROI-driven optimization strategies.
- Background in working with or scaling startups.
- Work on a product that addresses real-life challenges for homeowners in the US.
