Senior Full Stack Developer (Front-End Oriented, AI-Driven)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Front-End Oriented) to strengthen our client’s team.

Our client is a funded seed-stage startup developing next-generation tools for testing, evaluating, and improving conversational AI agents through large-scale, realistic simulations of user interactions. Their open-source framework IntellAgent generates synthetic dialogues to identify edge cases and policy gaps, helping AI teams build more reliable, consistent, and capable AI systems.

The client’s mission is to redefine how conversational AI is validated and improved — ensuring reliability, scalability, and trust across modern chat and voice platforms. The team unites AI engineers and full-stack developers building a self-serve platform that transforms how enterprises optimize AI performance.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web tooling
Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, or NestJS
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL would be an advantage)
Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
English level — Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React + TypeScript
Implement modular front-end architecture, reusable UI components, and optimized state management
Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
Build and maintain back-end logic and RESTful endpoints using Node.js
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end featuresWrite clean, testable, and efficient code following modern development standards (SOLID, DRY)
Participate in system design and contribute to architectural discussions
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support development best practices
Stay up to date with emerging AI-assisted development tools and frameworks

Nice to have:
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Knowledge of microservices, Docker/Kubernetes
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and performance optimization
Experience building AI-driven platforms or working with conversational AI tools

Salary — up to $5000 gross
