Role description:We’re looking for an Community/PR Manager. You should be able to attend the Poznań office as needed to organize podcast or video recording sessions.
- Copywriting:
- Draft LinkedIn posts, tailored to their voice and positioning.
- Write tasks for articles (content team write articles), comments, and thought leadership content (posts for social media).
- Repurpose event/webinar/product insights into posts and carousels.
- Visuals:
- Prepare banners and carousels for posts.
- Develop creative concepts for visuals aligned with content themes (podcast, cover banners, etc.).
- Video Scripts & Production:
- Write scripts for video messages
- Work with videographer on larger tasks or edit short videos yourself.
- 2. Podcast
- Preparation:
- Research guest background and prepare episode topics/questions.
- Draft scripts for host
- Guest outreach & communication (invites, scheduling, briefing).
- Production:
- Oversee/coordinate recording.
- Manage or assign post-production: editing, subtitling, sound adjustments.
- Distribution:
- Plan supporting content: LinkedIn posts, clips, carousels, quotes.
- Ensure each episode generates ~15 content pieces + 1 dedicated newsletter.
- 3. LinkedIn Ads
- Plan and launch LinkedIn ad campaigns for posts (e.g., to promote event participation or Pharma Talks).
- Monitor performance, adjust targeting and budget.
- 4. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Content team:
- Coordinate newsletters.
- PR & Events:
- Align on event communication (announcements, highlights, overviews).
- Collaborate on on-site video recording at the office for event invitations and company events.
- PMM:
- Support product launches or releases with tailored communication on behalf of co-founders.
- Provide co-founders’ personal branding support for external campaigns where necessary.
- 2+ years in digital communications/social media content creation (experience in a digital or PR agency is an asset)
- Proven experience managing campaigns natively on social platforms — LinkedIn (nice to have: Instagram, Facebook, others)
- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with social media management/posting systems
- Experience in pharma/life sciences/biotech/medical/healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, journalism, design, or a related field
- English: Advanced
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
- Ability to build relationships and credibility across all company levels
- Proven collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
