We’re seeking a skilled and driven Data Engineer to join a fast-moving team building modern, cloud-scale data and BI solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models that transform raw data into trusted insights. You’ll deliver high-performance, scalable data infrastructure that powers reporting and analytics across the organization—helping teams make faster, smarter, and more reliable decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and development of scalable and efficient Data Pipelines and Models
Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure efficient loading of data from various sources
Implement best practices for data pipelines, data warehouse and database performance tuning
Execute end-to-end BI and data engineering solutions using leading frameworks and technologies
Serve as the primary Data focal point for internal customers
Write high-quality, maintainable code in a rich data environment
Work closely with Product, R&D, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of BI and Data solutions

Requirements

BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent background
3+ years of prior experience as a BI Engineer or Data Engineer
Experience building cloud-scalable, real-time and high-performance data infrastructure and pipelines solutions
Excellent proficiency in Python or Airflow – must
Proficient in data modeling, ETL development and DWH methodologies
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or similar DB
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices – big advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders and business units
