Personal Assistant for C-level

Currently, DEVILS is looking for a Personal Assistant to C-Level, who will become the right hand of the true devils of the affiliate world.

📍 We are looking for candidates based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and organizational support to executives
• Handle urgent tasks, both business-related and personal
• Accompany executives and remain available and responsive at all times
• Assist in organizing and optimizing business processes
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, conduct phone communications
• Organize business trips: book flights, VIP lounges, arrange transportation, select hotels and manage room upgrades, book restaurants and guides (including visa support)

Requirements:

• High level of communication skills, responsibility for results, and strong negotiation abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Polish language proficiency at B1+ level
• Clear understanding that the schedule is not fixed and requests may arise outside standard working hours
• High stress resistance and ability to quickly resolve complex situations
• Strong organizational skills: ability to structure large amounts of information, prioritize tasks, and focus on results
• Well-developed organizational mindset and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
