RPA Developer

Andersen is hiring an RPA Developer to deliver automation and AI-driven solutions, scaling cloud initiatives and supporting enterprise digital transformation in a high-load environment. 

The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise software and cloud-based digital platforms for highly regulated industries. It develops large-scale, mission-critical solutions focused on automation, advanced data processing, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities, serving thousands of corporate clients worldwide. The organization operates in a complex, high-load environment, continuously evolving its technology stack and investing in innovation to support long-term digital transformation. 

The project is focused on accelerating AI, RPA, and cloud initiatives to support rapid business growth and new client engagements. It involves delivering high-priority automation and machine learning solutions, strengthening AWS-based capabilities, and scaling technology projects to meet evolving business demands. 

Responsibilities: 

- Designing and developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism. 

- Analyzing business processes and translating them into automation workflows. 

- Building reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation components. 

- Implementing exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms. 

- Integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. 

- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Architects, and DevOps teams. 

- Supporting UAT, production deployment, and post-release maintenance. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience in RPA development for 5+ years. 

- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism for 2+ years. 

- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and automation best practices.

- Experience working with enterprise-level automation projects. 

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. 

- Understanding of SQL and relational databases. 

- Experience working with JSON/XML data formats. 

- Solid understanding of exception handling and logging strategies. 

- Experience with version control systems (Git or similar). 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Blue Prism certification (AD01, AD02, Professional Developer). 

- Experience in financial services or healthcare domain. 

- Experience with AWS-based environments. 

- Knowledge of Python or C#. 

- Exposure to AI-enhanced automation (OCR, ML integrations).
