AI Integration Engineer

We’re seeking an AI Integration Engineer to build intelligent automation solutions that streamline internal operations. This role bridges traditional software development with AI technologies to create microservices and workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve organizational data flows.

Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract.  
Location: Fully remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries).

Role Summary: You'll work at the intersection of reliable engineering and AI innovation, with the autonomy to choose the right tools for each automation challenge. We value pragmatic solutions that deliver immediate impact, eliminating repetitive work for teams across the company while maintaining enterprise-grade security and reliability. 

Key responsibilities
— Design and develop automation solutions using C#, Python, or JavaScript to streamline internal business processes. 
— Build robust REST APIs and microservices that connect disparate systems and enable seamless data exchange. 
— Implement secure authentication flows and OAuth 2.0 integrations to ensure protected access across services. 
— Architect and deploy AI agents that augment existing workflows, from document processing to intelligent routing. 
— Engineer prompts and orchestration logic to maximize AI model performance in production environments. 
— Enrich and transform data as it moves between platforms, ensuring quality and consistency across integrations. 

Requirements 
— Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Python, or JavaScript. 
— Hands-on experience designing REST APIs and developing microservices architectures. 
— Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, including OAuth flows and token management. 
— Track record of integrating third-party services and handling diverse data formats. 
— Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
— Good English, and Ukrainian or Russian communication skills

Nice to Have   
— Microsoft Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or similar serverless technologies).  
— Practical knowledge of AI agent architectures such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or autonomous agent frameworks.  
— Prompt engineering expertise with major LLMs and an understanding of context window optimization.  
— Background in data enrichment, ETL processes, or complex system integration patterns.  
— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for automated deployments.
