In addition to in-state transactions, company provides national, 50-state title and registration processing with Vitu Interstate.
Company has started to revolutionize the process of title and registration of vehicles by providing paperless digital signature solutions that enable vehicle sales without visiting dealerships.
Recently company entered the payment processing business by developing its own payment gateway and offering it to its existing customers as well as organizations outside the vehicle industry.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a key driver of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering platform. This role blends deep cloud expertise with a strong automation mindset to help our teams release faster, more reliably, and at scale.
You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to design, build, and maintain infrastructure across AWS and GCP, champion DevOps best practices, and continuously improve the developer experience. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP;
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support reliable, automated software delivery;
- Manage and improve the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from code commit to production deployment;
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ensuring consistent and repeatable environments;
- Build and maintain containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance;
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency;
- Build, manage, and optimize Jenkins pipelines alongside GitHub Actions for comprehensive CI/CD coverage;
- Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to production incidents and driving timely resolution;
- Partner with engineering teams to improve developer tooling, deployment pipelines, and platform reliability;
- Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and drive root cause analysis and remediation;
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance across cloud environments;
- Document infrastructure, runbooks, and processes to support team knowledge sharing and operational readiness.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience in a professional environment;
- Deep experience with AWS and GCP — ideally both — including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and other services;
- Deep experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD automation;
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and the full SDLC, including release management and deployment strategies;
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code;
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages;
- Strong experience with Jenkins for pipeline orchestration and build automation;
- Strong experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or self-managed);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and operations teams;
- Comfort participating in an on-call rotation with a team-first approach to incident response.
