About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Platform/CI/CD Engineer to work as a part of the Infrastructure/CICD team. 

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Domain: Cloud Native Infrastructure / Kubernetes ecosystem
• Product: Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
• Stage: Scaling product with focus on performance, reliability, and DevEx
• Team: Platform / Infrastructure team working closely with backend engineers
• Engineering culture: strong focus on automation, performance, and developer experience

Technology stack (core):

• Kubernetes (Helm, Kustomize, GitOps)
• CI/CD: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
• Cloud: AWS
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Programming: Go (must-have)
• Containers: Docker
• Platform tooling: internal CLI / automation tools
• Workflow orchestration: Temporal (nice-to-have but strong advantage)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering / DevOps / SRE
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
• Solid programming skills in Go (not scripting level)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
• Experience building or maintaining internal developer platforms
• Strong AWS knowledge (architecture level)
• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of networking, system design, and security

Nice to have:

• Experience with Temporal
• Experience building internal tools (CLI, frameworks)
• Open-source contributions (especially in Kubernetes ecosystem)
• Experience optimizing developer experience (DevEx)

English level: Upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve internal cloud-native platform (IDP)
• Build scalable CI/CD pipelines with focus on automation and security
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency
• Onboard services and applications to platform
• Drive DevEx improvements (reduce onboarding time, simplify workflows)
• Participate in architecture and system design decisions
• Analyze system metrics and optimize infrastructure
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies into platform
