We’re looking for a strong, proactive Business Development Manager to join an international software development company focused on delivering high-quality engineering and AI-driven solutions for global clients.
This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong focus on new business development, deal closure, and long-term client relationships.

Driving end-to-end sales cycle

Working with international clients (EU, UK, US) across different industries

Identifying client needs and shaping custom outsourcing / team extension solutions

Collaborating closely with solution architects and delivery teams

Preparing and presenting commercial proposals and technical concepts

Leading negotiations and closing deals

Participating in international tech events, conferences, and business trips

Building and growing long-term relationships (upsell / cross-sell opportunities)

Proven experience in IT outsourcing / outstaffing sales

Strong understanding of full-cycle B2B sales

Experience with discovery phase and presales

Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

Experience in closing deals and managing long sales cycles

Good communication and presentation skills

Fluent English (both spoken and written)
