About the project 

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead an innovative project focused on connecting AI-powered workflows across Atlassian Rovo and GitLab Duo.

The goal is to build an end-to-end prototype that connects agile planning with software development through AI agents.

Atlassian Rovo will support the planning process by collecting requirements, using knowledge from Confluence and Jira, and generating high-quality User Stories with acceptance criteria.

Once a User Story is ready, it will be handed over to GitLab Duo, where AI will support the next steps of the development process — from creating a technical specification to preparing the initial code structure, tests, and Merge Request. 

Your role

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of the end-to-end AI agent workflow
• Coordinate work across Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Rovo, and GitLab
• Define and manage the handoff between agile planning and software development
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear implementation plan
• Coordinate the development of the prototype and track progress towards the expected outcome
• Help identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential blockers
• Support the team in defining a scalable concept for further development
• Ensure alignment between project goals, technical capabilities, and business requirements 

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager in software development projects
• Good understanding of software development and DevOps processes
• Hands-on or strong practical understanding of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with GitLab and a good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps environments
• Good understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, or AI-driven automation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear project requirements and deliverables
• English — B2+ 

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Rovo
• Experience with GitLab Duo
• Previous experience with AI/GenAI projects
• Experience with automation of software development processes
