We’re looking for a proactive Quality Manager to coordinate data annotation projects, ensure high-quality output, support annotation teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Our client is a Swedish company at the forefront of enabling safer and smarter AI systems through high-quality data annotation and machine learning infrastructure. Their platform supports global teams working on cutting-edge projects in areas like autonomous technology, advanced analytics, and computer vision.

As a Quality Manager, you’ll coordinate the data annotation process from reviewing client instructions and testing annotation tasks to onboarding teams, reviewing results, and improving quality based on feedback. You’ll work closely with annotators and external clients, ensuring teams understand expectations, projects stay on track, and quality standards are consistently met.

What you'll do in this role

Review and validate client annotation instructions, test annotation tasks, and prepare clear guidelines and learning materials for teams.
Coordinate the onboarding and training of annotation teams during ramp-ups, ensuring they’re ready to deliver high-quality results.
Monitor annotation quality, review completed work, identify recurring errors, and investigate their root causes.
Provide actionable feedback and coach annotators to improve their performance and meet quality expectations.
Coordinate project progress, keep teams aligned on priorities and deadlines, own the delivery status of your projects, and raise risks early.
Communicate with external clients, incorporate their feedback, and drive practical improvements to workflows and quality.
Learn and introduce new tools and practices, including AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, and share effective ways of working with the team.

We're looking for

B2 or higher English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly, write structured messages, and explain complex requirements in simple, actionable terms.
Strong ownership and coordination skills: you’re well organised, proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and follow through on agreed actions without constant supervision.
An analytical, quality-driven mindset, with the ability to spot patterns, investigate root causes, solve problems, and suggest practical improvements.
Flexibility and adaptability: you can switch between details and the bigger picture, learn new tools quickly, and stay effective when guidelines or priorities are still evolving.
Confidence in coordinating people, setting clear expectations, and keeping teams focused on shared goals. Experience in quality assurance, operations, project coordination, or a similar field is an advantage.

Familiarity with data annotation, AI-related projects, or process improvement.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can change quickly.
Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to experiment, learn from others, and share your own knowledge and practices.
