Pomimo sytuacji w kraju firma daje stabilne zatrudnienie i atrakcyjne warunki współpracy. Podoba mi się również ludzkie i odpowiedzialne podejście managementu, dlatego nie dziwi mnie fakt, że w TechMagic możesz znaleźć osoby, które pracują tam np. od 10 lat (co w świecie IT nie jest wcale takie oczywiste).

I can honestly say this is a great company to work for. It's a really stable place, and my experience here has been positive from day one.

One of the best things is the flexibility. There's a really nice office in a cool part of Krakow, but you're not forced to work from there. It's up to you and your team, which gives you a great work-life balance. On top of that, we have company gatherings every few months which are a great way to actually meet up and have some fun together.

The work is always interesting too. You get to jump on different projects for clients in all sorts of industries, so you’re always learning new things and never get bored.

The management is also awesome. They’re supportive, open, and really have your back. For me, it's also important that the company's values really line up with my own. Plus, the way they run things is smart, so day-to-day work is pretty smooth.

All in all, if you're looking for a cool, stable place to work with interesting projects, a modern vibe, and a great team, you should definitely apply.
