Middle Ruby Developer

Must haves

• Ruby on Rails: Solid experience working with RoR (roughly – minimum 3-4 years, but if a person has prior experience with other stacks, the shorter experience can be fine as well);
• AWS: Basic understanding and ability to work with essential services (S3, EC2, etc.);
• SQL Databases: Proficiency in optimization;
• Communication Skills: Must be able to work autonomously and communicate effectively.

Nice to haves

• Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
