Avenga is looking for a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our customer. The client is a French financial technology company that provides cloud-based solutions for managing cash and risk, facilitating payments, and offering working capital solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in similar position;
- Over 3 years of experience in customer onboarding;
- Proven collaboration capabilities;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good at persuading;
- English — Upper-Intermediate high (verbal and written);
- French — intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow;
- Degree in Computer Science.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve all relevant customer contact information from Account Managers, Support Team as well as from SalesForce and ServiceNow.;
- Notify customers on ServiceNow and send technical documentation provided by team;
- Get knowledge of technical communication;
- Chase customers for creation of Support cases and acknowledgements on ServiceNow by phone and email:send reminders and track progress;
- Followup Support cases on ServiceNow;
- Answer basic queries related to the provided technical communication and transfer customer complex/other queries to team;
- Send customer communications on ServiceNow,with brief prepared by team.
