Avenga is looking for a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our customer. The client is a French financial technology company that provides cloud-based solutions for managing cash and risk, facilitating payments, and offering working capital solutions.

Requirements: 

  • At least 6 years of experience in similar position;
  • Over 3 years of experience in customer onboarding;
  • Proven collaboration capabilities;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Good at persuading;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate high (verbal and written);
  • French — intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow;
  • Degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve all relevant customer contact information from Account Managers, Support Team as well as from SalesForce and ServiceNow.;
  • Notify customers on ServiceNow and send technical documentation provided by  team;
  • Get knowledge of technical communication;
  • Chase customers for creation of Support cases and acknowledgements on ServiceNow by phone and email:send reminders and track progress; 
  • Followup Support cases on ServiceNow;
  • Answer basic queries related to the provided technical communication and transfer customer complex/other queries to team;
  • Send customer communications on ServiceNow,with brief prepared by team.
