Middle/Senior Ruby Developer (part-time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle/Senior  Ruby Developer to join our project on part-time terms.

What is this project about?

Our product is an innovative solution for managing space rentals in shopping centers. By automating processes and providing powerful tools for search, booking, management, and analysis, the solution developed by our customer enhances efficiency and convenience for both landlords and tenants.  With the help of the product we are working on, rental management becomes a streamlined, transparent, and secure process, allowing users to focus on maximizing their business potential.

What does the interview process look like?

- Recruiter interview — up to 30 minutes;

- Technical Interview — up to 1 hour.

- Technical Interview with client — up to 1 hour.

Requirements:

• 3,5+ years of experience in Ruby development;
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Hands-on experience with Heroku and AWS services;
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices;
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git);
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop trending solutions;
• Constant communication with multinational teams (Ireland and Australia);
• Taking part in the technical decision-making process;
• Taking part in technical discussions;
• Be ready to take the lead and take the initiative;
