Our Client is a leader in the games industry. As one of the first they offered free-to-play social games on social networks and, shortly after, on mobile platforms.

Your role is:

-> To support the existing data infrastructure;

-> To participate in creating new infrastructure components, developing documentation, and onboarding customers;

-> To serve as a focal point for R&D teams;

-> To engage in the investigation process for any issues or incidents related to specific R&D teams;

-> To provide solutions and support for critical IT environments.

Your skills and experiences:

-> 3+ years of experience in Linux administration;

-> Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;

-> Knowledge of the TCP/IP networking stack;

-> Experience with message queue systems such as Apache Kafka;

-> Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aerospike, or other NoSQL solutions;

-> Strong troubleshooting skills and fundamental application debugging skills;

-> Excellent English skills.

Nice to have:

-> Experience with version control systems (preferably Git);

-> Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark);

-> Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and TeamCity;

-> Experience with Ansible.
