Main Responsibilities

Architect, design, and maintain technical solutions across projects
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code
Collaborate with DevOps to enhance infrastructure: CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and reliability
Develop and improve APIs and ensure data integrity and security
Investigate, propose, and implement technical solutions for business needs
Mentor and support the professional growth of the development team
Manage task planning, decomposition, and team workflows
Proactively handle system incidents and ensure uninterrupted service.

Mandatory Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Team Lead
5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Node.js
Proven expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, PHP (admin panels), and modern database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, ElastiCache)
Experience with message brokers: RabbitMQ
Familiarity with cloud and on-premise environments, especially AWS
Experience with tools like GitLab, TeamCity, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus
Experience in designing and developing database schemas
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams.
