Talent Sourcer

Main Responsibilities

• Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions
• Use a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top talent
• Post job listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and outreach
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role
• Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Communication in Ukrainian, English

Mandatory Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical, marketing, and non-technical roles
• Solid experience working in the iGaming industry
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search)
• Experience using ATS platforms, especially SmartRecruiters
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of English, Ukrainian
