Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in a Data Science or Machine Learning role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning and NLP techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with time-series forecasting and financial modeling.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or other data-intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Apply statistical analysis and data visualization to uncover trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendations).
- Develop AI/ML algorithms for customer segmentation, fraud detection, demand forecasting, and personalization.
- Evaluate model performance using key metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, etc.).
- Leverage big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Develop ETL pipelines to clean and integrate data from various sources.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval using SQL/NoSQL.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
- Simplify complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
