Data Scientist

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in a Data Science or Machine Learning role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning and NLP techniques.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with time-series forecasting and financial modeling.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or other data-intensive industries. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Apply statistical analysis and data visualization to uncover trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and optimize machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendations).
• Develop AI/ML algorithms for customer segmentation, fraud detection, demand forecasting, and personalization.
• Evaluate model performance using key metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, etc.).
• Leverage big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Develop ETL pipelines to clean and integrate data from various sources.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval using SQL/NoSQL.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
• Simplify complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
