Senior / Lead Rust Developer (Solana)

Our client is building a non-custodial on-chain trading platform with a growing active user base. They are currently expanding into API-based services — exposing their trading data and system capabilities to external users and partners.Focus: low-latency, high-performance infrastructure, multi-chain integrations, real-time data pipelines.

Tech Stack:

• Rust (Axum framework)
• Solana Blockchain
• Go, Docker, Kubernetes
• PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB (sharding, performance tuning)
• WebSockets, horizontal scaling across multiple servers 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services in Rust
• Scale WebSocket-based real-time infrastructure across servers
• Parse and handle raw blockchain data (Solana-focused)
• Work with PostgreSQL, optimizing performance and implementing sharding
• Contribute to DevOps on Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate with a highly technical team in a fast-paced, growth-stage project
• Take part in architectural decisions and roadmap planning 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Senior-level experience in Rust, especially backend development(5+years)
• Deep understanding of the Solana blockchain
• Strong experience with horizontal scaling, real-time systems, and WebSockets
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including sharding and performance optimization
• Confident with DevOps, Docker, and optionally Kubernetes
• Experience in fintech, IoT, or data-intensive environments
• Quick learner, passionate about performance and optimization
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
