Our client is building a non-custodial on-chain trading platform with a growing active user base. They are currently expanding into API-based services — exposing their trading data and system capabilities to external users and partners.Focus: low-latency, high-performance infrastructure, multi-chain integrations, real-time data pipelines.
Tech Stack:
- Rust (Axum framework)
 - Solana Blockchain
 - Go, Docker, Kubernetes
 - PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB (sharding, performance tuning)
 - WebSockets, horizontal scaling across multiple servers 
 
- Design and develop backend services in Rust
 - Scale WebSocket-based real-time infrastructure across servers
 - Parse and handle raw blockchain data (Solana-focused)
 - Work with PostgreSQL, optimizing performance and implementing sharding
 - Contribute to DevOps on Kubernetes environments
 - Collaborate with a highly technical team in a fast-paced, growth-stage project
 - Take part in architectural decisions and roadmap planning 
 
- Senior-level experience in Rust, especially backend development(5+years)
 - Deep understanding of the Solana blockchain
 - Strong experience with horizontal scaling, real-time systems, and WebSockets
 - Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including sharding and performance optimization
 - Confident with DevOps, Docker, and optionally Kubernetes
 - Experience in fintech, IoT, or data-intensive environments
 - Quick learner, passionate about performance and optimization
 - English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
