- Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals;
- Plan content around key events, partnerships (e.g., sports leagues, ambassadors), and product launches;
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube);
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and influencers to develop visual and multimedia assets;
- Monitor all social media platforms for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and mentions;
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, reach, and video views;
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to improve future content and campaigns;
- Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to activate brand partnerships, ambassador content, and contests;
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, memes, and cultural moments;
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and complies with platform and legal regulations (especially for betting or regulated markets).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation;
- Experience managing brand accounts (not just personal or freelance), preferably within B2C brands such as: Sports, esports, entertainment, iGaming;
- Proven experience managing content for key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube (Telegram, WhatsApp, Threads will be a plus);
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer);
- Basic reporting skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau;
- Experience with paid social ad management (Meta Ads Manager);
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Analytical skills for data-driven strategic planning;
- Comfortable with fast-changing trends, priorities, and platforms;
- Can react quickly to real-time events or shifting campaign needs.
