This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the CEO directly. The Executive Projects Manager will lead research, planning, and execution of new initiatives across platforms, workflows, content, and monetization opportunities. This person is a tech-savvy problem-solver, fast learner, and efficient executor who thrives on turning vague ideas into working systems — independently and at speed.
1. Special Project Execution:
• Own end-to-end execution of exploratory and growth projects defined by the CEO
• Take broad ideas and turn them into actionable plans and working systems
2. Platform Research & Deployment
• Deep-dive into new software, tools, or business models — understand how they work, their compliance risks, operational requirements, and use cases
• Present findings clearly and implement working prototypes
3. Ops + Setup
• Manage technical workflows, vendor onboarding, light creative sourcing (via Upwork/Fiverr), and day-to-day setup tasks
• Execute structured plans rapidly with accuracy and minimal oversight
4. Market & Opportunity Research
• Analyze business opportunities or niche verticals and present structured findings
• Research product-market fit across a variety of categories as assigned
5. AI & Automation Expertise
• Confidently use advanced AI tools to generate and optimize content, video, audio, and process automation
• Able to independently build and maintain workflows using AI for content generation, video production, summarization, repackaging, and research
• Track evolving tools and apply the best fit for each project
6. Freelancer & Vendor Management
• Source and manage external specialists (e.g., writers, designers, editors) as needed to complete projects
• Ensure outsourced work is delivered on time, on budget, and up to standard
• Exceptionally organized and execution-oriented
• Highly resourceful — if it’s online, you can find it, learn it, and use it
• Tech-native — extremely comfortable with new and evolving tools
• Experienced in AI-driven workflows and digital production
• Fast, accurate, and independent
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a wide variety of task types
• Loyal, discreet, and professional — working exclusively for the CEO with no outside agenda
• High level of English — written and spoken — required for professional communication
