We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized HR/People Operations Specialist who can combine hands-on HR administration, employee support, and advisory for managers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy building great employee experience, and have a strong grasp of Polish labor law — this role might be for you.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration/personnel services.
- Languages: English (B2), Polish (B1+), Russian/Ukrainian (C1)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet.
- Great interpersonal skills – proactive, approachable, service-oriented.
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT or a tech company.
- Experience in hiring foreign and non-EU nationals in Poland
Responsibilities:
HR & People Operations
- Be the first point of contact and daily support for employees in all HR-related questions (policies, benefits, time off, processes).
- Manage and update the employee HR system (data, employment status, personal records).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure proper and compliant HR documentation for UoP and B2B employees.
- Administer and monitor time-off requests, leave balances, and benefit programs.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, probation reviews, and support performance processes.
- Guide new B2B hires in setting up business activities and understanding collaboration terms.
- Perform background checks for new hires.
- Participate in HR initiatives, employer branding efforts, and internal projects.
Payroll & Administration
- Administer employee benefits and maintain relationships with vendors (e.g., MyBenefit).
- Keep compensation data accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager in Poland.
- Support onboarding and compliance for foreign and non-EU employees, aligned with Polish labor law.
