Full-Stack Developer (Node.js, React)

Currently, we are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Kyiv, Warsaw, or remotely on a full-time basis. We are seeking an experienced and strong Full-Stack Developer who will use an understanding of programming languages and tools to develop distributed, efficient processes, solve problems, and create a seamless experience for customers. This is a hands-on, senior position.

Our Customer is a fast-growing casual gaming studio based in Tel Aviv, founded and led by gaming industry veterans with a passion for creating innovative, engaging games. Backed by top-tier VCs such as NFX, Vgames, Secret Chord, Collider, and Jibe Ventures, they are dedicated to combining creativity with data-driven insights to craft games loved by players around the world. 

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Build intuitive and responsive UI components and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, backend, and frontend developers to build new game-related features and tools.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across both the frontend and backend and work on improving them.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Drive and advocate for best engineering practices in both backend and frontend development.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to process improvements, development toolchains, and infrastructure automation.

All you need is:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
• Strong understanding of cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid coding skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong business sense and ability to align technical decisions with product goals.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with high-scale systems, performance tuning, and cost optimization is a strong plus.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above
